Rates & Insurance

We offer a range of counseling services tailored to your needs—whether you're seeking help as an individual, a couple, or a group. Our fees vary based on the type and intensity of service.

Our Rates

Standard Sessions (Office or Telehealth):

• $230 for individual session 

• $285 for family or couple initial assessment

• $270 for family or couple sessions

• $285 for 85-minute family or couple session 

• $85 for 90-minute group session (assigned to a module by Michelle)

• Other assessments: (SDI, PTSI-R, MAWASI, SDMI, IPAST): $225 + cost of assessment

• $175 Integrative Health Intake
  $225–$285 Integrative Health Coordination of Care
  We accept HSA/FSA, cash, checks (in-person), and major credit cards. All payments are due at the time of service.

Customized Intensives:
Available for individuals, couples, or groups.

Insurance & Reimbursement

We are Out-of-Network Providers and do not accept insurance or Medicaid. However, we can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Note: We have opted out of Medicare. Clients with Medicare cannot submit claims or receive reimbursement for our services.

Why Private Pay?

Paying privately for therapy has several benefits:

• Confidentiality: No third-party (like an insurance company) has access to your therapy records.

• No Diagnosis Required: Insurance often requires a mental health diagnosis. With private pay, you can seek help for any issue—no diagnosis needed.

• Greater Flexibility: You're free to choose the length, frequency, and focus of your sessions without insurance limitations.

• Increased Motivation: Investing financially in your treatment may enhance your commitment and outcomes.

• Potential Cost Savings: Depending on your insurance plan, private pay could actually be more affordable than meeting high deductibles and co-pays.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the full session fee.
